What goes on this log
- Any factual error on a published page: a wrong date, number, bill, status or source.
- Any rule change we reported late. If a law took effect and we were slow to say so, that counts.
- Any link or source that turned out not to say what we claimed.
Typos, broken formatting and wording changes that do not alter the meaning are not logged.
How an entry is written
Each row says the date of the fix, which page it was on, the wrong text in plain words, and the corrected text. If an error could have led someone to act on bad information, we say that in the row too, not in a footnote.
